Hi, I'm Jarrod Cothron, the owner of HomeNow Solutions.
I'm a Tampa Bay native, born and raised. For over 20 years, my life was dedicated to large-scale construction. Previously as state certified contractor and underground utilities contractor, I ran a successful company, FL Structures Inc., right here in Florida.
We did it all—from building custom homes and remodels to fabricating high-end metalwork like glass railings, custom gates, and complex screen enclosures. I was the person big commercial projects called when they needed something built to exacting standards.
It was a career I was proud of, but after two decades of managing massive overhead, big crews, and high-stress projects, I realized I missed the most important part: working directly with people.
I started HomeNow Solutions to get back to my roots and share my expertise on a more personal level. I'm trading the headaches of a big commercial operation for the satisfaction of helping a family settle into their new home.

Family First, Professional Always
When I'm not on the job, my life revolves around my two amazing daughters. They are top of their class and incredible athletes in soccer, flag football, and cheer. I had the privilege of being their soccer coach for over 6 years, and it taught me a lot about patience, reliability, and leadership.
I bring that same "coach" and "dad" mentality to my business: show up when you say you will, treat people's homes with respect, and do the job right the first time.
